New Beginning

I’ve decided I am trying too hard to “sell myself” to potential employers, and it’s taking all my creative energy to do that. So, I have decided to focus solely on creating what I want, which means being a solo filmmaker. Due to my limited time and AI credits, I will likely aim to complete one project, maybe two, per year. It may not seem like a lot, but with my limited resources and growing talent, it won’t be a quick process. However, I am going to keep at it and let my work speak for itself.

I’ll acknowledge that I'm not the best filmmaker out there, but I do have ideas I want to see brought to life, and I'd like to share them with you all.

I plan to continue improving my talents through online courses and networking with like-minded creative people. I have a 3-day production course happening in my hometown, for which my workplace graciously gave me three days off work, unpaid, to attend.

As for my next project!

I am aiming to do episode two of Great Beast Albion Docudrama. I am in no major rush, as I need to renew my credits at the beginning of next month, having used all of them to create the showreel.

I’m also testing the waters with Runway’s new Foom TV by permitting them to use my sci-fi short film “Alien Onslaught”. I want to see what they do with it. I also plan to contact Shaikes Creative Studio and pitch them an idea, as I am just one person, and I want to see if we can create something worth watching.
